Shipping Information
We ship all orders via UPS 2 Day Air to ensure your hemp clones arrive fresh and healthy. Since we're working with living plants, timing is everything! Orders placed before 8 AM EST Monday through Thursday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 8 AM EST or on Friday through Sunday will ship the next business day.
If you would prefer to delay shipping to a specific future date, please email info@HempClonesForSale.com immediately after placing your order with your requested ship date. We will confirm your request has been received and accepted within 24 hours.
Your plants are carefully packaged using our proven methods to maintain optimal conditions during transit. Each order includes a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's journey.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all U.S. states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), where hemp cultivation is legal. Please note that certain local restrictions may apply. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order. No international shipping.
Live Plant Policy
As we deal exclusively with living plants, each clone is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once orders have been shipped.
Issue Resolution
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the package and plants as received, along with your order number. While we cannot offer refunds, we are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
